On April 9, 2017 out at the Area BFE in Moab, Utah during the 51st Easter Jeep Safari we attended the 2017 Patriot Crawl Event. The trail run we did was Lockjaw...and ended up doing in both directions after our trail leader left to help someone that broke their rig on the first obstacle.
One of the rigs that had issues was the Daystar Dodge Truck called the Bootlegger. First obstacle the 640 Horse Powered Truck jumped up and when it came back down onto the ledge the rear driveshaft was busted.
Another cool rig in our trail run was this Jeep Wrangler YJ built like a truck owned by Ian Johnson from Extreme 4x4 TV show. It was cool seeing him bring out his personal rig for the trail run. Down to earth type of guy that was enjoyable to wheel with.
